Once we receive your sample request via email, we will respond to you within 24 hours with more details.

2. Sample Designed

To ensure our products conform to the expectations of yours, we will communicate with you the details of the sample. You'll get to choose the product styling and configuration before it goes into production, so you can get exactly what you need.
3. Sample model manufactured

We confirm the effect of sample within in 1 day. Certain deposit would be charged, and then factory will produce your sample model.
4. Sample shipped

We will double check performance and appearance of the samples once we finish them. After confirming details with you, we will send the samples to you in a timely manner. A tracking number will be sent so that you can monitor their progress
5. Sample check

You receive the samples and check their quality. If all is well, we will finalize the details of your order.
6. Mass prodcution

Samples quality are satisfied. We will be taking the step from sample to mass production, and will be returning your sample deposit shortly.
